Family Resources · When something seems off with Mom or Dad at home

One place for your family's care.

One Gmail account, one set of lists, one number to call — and the jobs handed out so one person isn't carrying it all.

No app to download. Your family already knows how to use Gmail.

Before and after

The problem in 3 lines

  • Before: forty group texts, and nobody can find the one that mattered.

After: one inbox and one family number. Everything about Mom or Dad lands in the same place.

  • Before: one sibling does everything and quietly burns out.

After: every job has a name and a backup on the Roster, and anything overdue shows red.

  • Before: nobody knows what the doctor said.

After: the Talk Log keeps it, and the Monday Brief tells everyone.

Three steps

How it works

  1. 1

Create one dedicated Gmail account for the family.

  2. 2

Answer the questionnaire inside the workbook. There are 62 questions; skip what you don't know.

  3. 3

Your account's Gemini builds the lists, then checks its own work with a verify step.

You check it. You own it.

What you get —

the 5 buttons

  • Responsibility Roster:every job has an owner and a backup, and overdue jobs are flagged.
  • Budget & Expenses:who paid what, and who owes whom.
  • Contacts:every doctor, aide and helper in one list.
  • Medications:what, how much, when, and when to refill.
  • Appointments:who's going and who's driving.
  • Talk Log:what was said, and who follows up.
  • Vault Index:where the important papers are.
  • Access Register:who has access to what.
  • Emergency One-Pager:printed for the fridge and the glove box.
  • Google Voice family number:one number for everyone to call.

For every family

Not just for executives

Anyone's loved one can face incapacity. The need is the same for everyone; what changes is the resources available to deal with it.

If resources are limited

  • Medicaid home-care programs. State rules vary and there is often a waitlist; check your state's Medicaid agency via Medicaid.gov.
  • Your local Area Agency on Aging, through the Eldercare Locator.
  • Free SHIP Medicare counselors.
  • Legal aid for powers of attorney.
  • Community and faith-based help.

The hub organizes what little help exists. That is worth more, not less, when help is scarce.

If resources are substantial

  • An estate or elder law attorney (trusts, powers of attorney, spend-down planning).
  • Long-term-care insurance claims.
  • Private care managers.
  • VA benefits if your parent served (VA.gov).

The hub does the same job here: one record, one set of jobs, one accountable log, so the professionals you hire are managed, not just paid.

The tool costs the same. The need doesn't check your paycheck.

In your hub, ask Gemini (prompt B11): "Is my Mom eligible for Medicaid?" You get a plain answer, then pointers.

That's also why the employer version is for every employee, not a perk for the top floor. The hourly worker with a declining parent and no spare money is the employee most likely to miss work, quit or burn out over it.

Privacy

We can't see your family's information.

Your answers live in your own Google account. The questionnaire is inside your workbook. The only AI that reads it is your account's Gemini. We never see your medicines, your money, or your family business. We never could — the product was designed so we don't have to.

When you cancel, nothing is taken away. The files are yours, in your account, forever.

Download the mover. It runs on your computer, carries your contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes across, and we never see a byte of it.

Help Another Family

Some families volunteer to tell us how the system worked — counts only, never their data — so the next family gets a better one. It's optional, and you can stop any time.

How it works

Questions families ask

Do we need Google Workspace?

No. One personal Gmail account for the family is all you need. Google AI Pro is optional and paid to Google, not to us.

What if my family isn't tech-savvy?

That's who it's built for. You answer the questionnaire in your own words, your account's Gemini builds the lists, and a handover call walks you through it.

What happens if we cancel?

Nothing is taken away. The files are yours, in your own Google account, forever.

Is our data safe?

Your answers live in your own Google account and the only AI that reads them is your account's Gemini. We never see your medicines, your money or your family business.

Can siblings who live far away use it?

Yes, distance is the point. Up to 10 family members can be delegates, others can view, and calendar reminders for their jobs land on their own phones.

Does it work with our doctor?

Yes. Questions for the Doctor goes into every visit, the Talk Log keeps what was said, and the optional Fax module handles offices that still fax.

What if we already use another app?

Download the Migration Agent. It runs on your computer and carries your contacts, calendar, tasks and notes across. We never see any of it.

Who do I call for help?

Start with the Help section on this page. You can also email our support address. The family number in your hub is yours, not a line to us.

My parent doesn't have much money — is this tool for us?

Yes. The tool organizes care at any income, and when help is scarce, keeping it organized matters more. See "Not just for executives" above. Prompt B11 in your hub points to the help that exists.
