This follows the Manual Checklist in your prompt pack. Allow about 30 minutes for steps 1–5.
- Create the account. Make one new Gmail account just for the family (for example, smithfamilyhub@gmail.com). Turn on 2-Step Verification.
- Claim the Voice number. At voice.google.com, signed in as the hub, pick a free US number and verify it with a keyholder's phone.
- Upload the workbook. Make a folder called "[Last Name] Family Hub" in Google Drive, upload the workbook and save it as a Google Sheet. Add the seven Doc templates.
- Answer the questionnaire. Use the first tab of the workbook. Skip what you don't know; it gets marked TO CONFIRM.
- Run the build. In Gemini, signed in as the hub, paste the Strengthener, then BUILD 1–6, then VERIFY.
- Handover checklist. Change the password live, turn 2-Step on, set the second keyholder as recovery, print the backup codes, and log the handover as Talk Log entry #1.
