The prompt pack is the set of messages you paste into Gemini. Here is the order and what a good result looks like after each step.
- The Strengthener, first, every time. It tells Gemini to use only your words and to write TO CONFIRM instead of guessing.
- BUILD 1–6. Each one fills one part of the workbook from your questionnaire answers. Good looks like this: every line traces back to something you said, and every gap says TO CONFIRM.
- VERIFY. Gemini checks its own work. Good looks like this: a report with zero additions you didn't make. If it lists one, delete it.
- The weekly and monthly prompts. The Monday Brief (C1) tells everyone what's due this week. Money Close (C3) does the monthly totals and shows who owes whom.
If an answer goes wrong, every prompt has a FIX-IT line underneath. Paste it.
Help Another Family (prompt F1)
If you opt in, once a month Gemini drafts a short report of counts only, such as how many jobs were done on time. It never includes names, amounts or medicine names. You read it, edit it, and send it or not. Nothing is sent without your tap, and you can stop any time.
