Using the helper
Your center has a built-in helper on the Help page. Ask it how to do something in the center, in plain words.
What the helper won't do
- It doesn't give medical, legal, or financial advice. For medical questions, ask your doctor. For Medicare questions, your free local SHIP counselor can help: shiphelp.org.
- It doesn't change your lists for you. You make the change, and it tells you where.
Keep secrets out
Never type a password, a full card number, or a Social Security number into the helper or anywhere in the center. Write where the paper is kept, not the number itself.
