An invite didn't arrive
Ask the person to check their spam folder. Then open People, find the invite, and choose Resend. You can also cancel the invite and send a new one.

Fixing problems
A job has no owner
That's on purpose. A job stays No owner until someone claims it, so nothing looks covered when it isn't. Ask one person to claim it.
Something says "To confirm"
That answer was left blank during setup. Open Setup, fill it in, and save.
I can't sign in
Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. If you signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google instead.
Someone should no longer have access
A keyholder opens People and removes them. Removed people can be restored later if needed.
The helper's answer doesn't match what I see
Trust the screen. Then tell us what you asked, so we can fix the answer.
